Lemon ginger chicken recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 8 lemons
  • ginger knob (sorry)
  • garlic
  • chicken stock
  • sugar
  • chinese 5 spice
  • flour
  • oil
  • corriander
  • corn flour water mix

Method:

Slice chicken breasts into slices (across the breast) and coat in flour and deep fry for 4 minutes. Take out and set aside on plate. Juice 8 lemons and add to a fry pan. Grate ginger, chop garlic and add to lemon juice.

Cook the juice until boiling and add some chicken stock (100 ml). Add a pinch of 5 spice and add 4 tb spoons of sugar. Taste , stir, taste, More sugar??? Up to you. Add coriander.

If sauce is not thick enough add corn flour mix spoon at a time and mix to thickness you want.

Add chicken to sauce and mix well.

Serve with boiled rice, cold white wine and a sexy grin!!
