• Milk 1 lt
  • Sugarless khoya 50 gms
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar substitute 20 tablets
  • Saffron 1/4 tsp
  • Cashewnut 25 gms

In a pan boil milk for about half-an-hour, simultaneously add khoya, cardamom powder, cashewnuts and saffron. Stir continuously to avoid lump formation.

Keep aside for it to cool and add sugar substitute, mix well.

Fill the kulfi moulds with the cooled milk, insert kulfi sticks. Freeze for at least fie hours or til the kulfi sets.
