Falafel Flats

Makes 2 servings

Prep time: about 20 minutes.

  • 2 cups prepared falafel mix
  • One medium leek, sliced
  • One small onions
  • Vegetable oil
  • Some cheddar cheese

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Make the falafel mix as stated on the package. Stir the leek and onion into the mix. Put some oil on a cookie sheet and spread out the mix so that it is no thicker than half an inch Let it bake for 15-20 minutes. Cut it in pieces and serve. If you like cheese on it, put some sliced cheddar on 5 minutes before you take the tray out of the oven. Serve with a salad and sour cream or as a party snack.
