Choco Pudding


  • 3 cups milk
  • 3 Tbsp custard powder
  • 3 T sp cocoa powder
  • 6 Tbsp sugar
  • 150 gms finelychopped walnuts

Put the custard powder , cocoa powder , sugar into a pan, add a little of the milk and blend into a smooth paste. Stir in the rest of the milk.Keep the pan over a low flame and bring the custard to boil, stirring constantly; let it cook for a minute so that it thickens.Stir half the quantity of the walnuts into the custard and pour it into a serving dish.When slightly cooled, sprinkle remaining walnuts on top.
